1.What we do

My company will engage in business on the internet using the domain name heresmyoffer.com.Our organization will place ads on our site and assist with member interaction onsite.Providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate member records will be our top priority.Non members will be more than welcome to check out our entire site,although only members can perform actions with our company.Membership is free and lifelong,only requiring a onetime small purchase of offers.Our members will have the opportunity to use the site to access discounts and special pricing from businesses who are also members.We hope to sign up members from many countries and become a global clearinghouse of commerce.Our customers will receive bonuses for referring new members

2.Offers and  ads

The unique medium of value our members will use at our website is called simply enough, an “offer“. Offers will be used to both place and respond to ads. Offers will be incentives for our members to purchase
various items from our member businesses.When  both sides agree,offers could be used to pay for transactions.Imagine a movie rental for forty offers.Our offers only expire when they  are used,and  there are volume discounts for larger purchases. The basic purchase is 100 offers for ten dollars, and this also gets one the lifetime membership. Discounted offers and their prices,300 offers for $28.50, 500 offers for $45, 1,000 offers for $80, 2,000 offers for $150, 5,000 offers for $350, 10,000 offers for $650 and even 100,000 offers for $6000 dollars, and  we would happily sell a million offers for $52,000. Customers will have great incentives to buy volume discounted offers, more detail on that in a few moments. Now to discuss the main uses of offers.

Ads

Members will place ads with us using their offers. The standard ad size will be four lines with forty spaces per line. The rate begins at 4 offers per day or 25 offers per week. It increases to 100 offers a month and 1000 offers for a year. There will be double and quadruple size variations with corresponding increases in rates. People may read all ads, but if they desire to respond to one it will cost them one offer. Many inquiry offers will be reimbursed to draw interest in an ad. Our ads will not have pictures, interested purchasers can look at pictures in their email. Unlike most auction sites our customers will choose who buys their items and
set their own prices. Unlike many others, our clients will also run ads searching to buy products and also professional  services. Our customer cost per ad will be truly market driven (see next section). We will not allow immoral or tasteless ads. A member may stop an ad early paying the next smallest designated rate. They also may add incrementally to the duration of their ad.

3. The Offer Exchange

The offer exchange will allow members to buy, sell, gift or loan offers to or from other members. Members can and will buy large amounts of offers at deep discounts and resell them for profits on the exchange. The ex as I will call it also allows member businesses to liquidate offers they acquire through various promotions. Offers will be sold or bought with one line ads inside the offer exchange costing one offer per day. Payment verification  will precede any movement of offers.Any tranactions paid with offers would also be handled in the exchange.A unique dynamic of my site will be the random effect the exchange has on ad rates.The exchange will also allow members to monetize offers they would never use for ads. We of course sell all offers initially,but since our minimum sale is 100 offers, the entire demand below that, goes to the exchange.A member can gift offers to anyone they choose as long as the recipient is a member.A member may sell at whatever
price they wish.Offer transactions completed offsite will be frozen until compensation is received and verified.The fastest
safest transactions will be accomplished using the hmo wallet,more on that later.

4. Caring for our Members

As stated earlier, membership is lifetime and free.The number of offers a customer purchases to activate their membership could place them in position for lifelong offer discounts in addition to our volume discounts.A member would also receive a discount om the offer purchases of any members they bring to us.Their offer accounts would be credited 10% for each offer purchase(from us)in offers.An eighty dollar 1000 offer purchase by a friend would earn you eighty offers.During the first month after we open we'll sell Charter memberships.For nine dollars you get the 100 offers and a lifetime 10% discount on all offers you buy from us.For the next month a Grand Opening membership gets you a lifetime 5% discount.During the entire
first year we extend to our customers four special value opportunities.Our blue,red,green,and gold memberships will only be
available until they sell out. To further increase their value there will be  a limited number of the color memberships. Eighty thousand blue memberships, Forty thousand red members,twenty thousand green memberships and only ten thousand gold memberships. For eighty dollars a member blue,gets 1,000 offers and a 15% discount on all future purchases.Red members buy 2000 offers for $150,and a future 20% discount.The green member pays $350 for 5000 offers and a 25% discount.A
gold member pays $650 gets 10,000 offers and future 30% discounts.These four groups will obviously profit the most from the
offer exchange.A milliom offer purchase by a gold member would only cost 3.64 cents per offer.Resold at say 6.5 cents,that
would run a standard ad for 26 cents a day.A gold McDonalds,Google,or Walmart could buy a billion offers for only 31.5 million and use offers as sales incentives.Once they become members, I firmly believe customer service sets companies apart. Making sure the site is a safe,friendly,fair place to interact will be our top priority.

5. The HMO Wallet

The wallet will become a great convenience for our members.They will use it predominantly to safely and quickly transfer
money intrasite for safe,fast transactions.They will also be paid interest on their average quarterly balance.Wallet holders could have a competitive advantage when sellers consider how fast and safe it is to get their money.We will gladly
cash out a wallet with checks or transfers,twenty dollar minimum.We pay interest on these accounts at the rate of 8%,paid in offers.So $1,000 dollars in your wallet would earn you 200 offers every 3 months.If these offers were resold at say 6 cents apiece that would equal 4.8% interest,a very fair return.Plus you get a 2% rebate on wallet money spent with other
members,or our client businesses.The rebate would also be paid in offers.The HMO concierge will act as a go between to help
wallet holders buy items in total privacy,keeping some online orders private,and not giving out your email as the price of a value.Members can also use their wallets to purchase online,printout receipts and buy items at member stores on a prepaid basis,no using checks or credit cards,and they still get the 2% rebate.To welcome our members to the wallet,they'll receive a ten offer bonus with their first deposit. The wallet will be a great member resource.

6. Transaction Security

Concern over dealing with strangers limits many from an online purchase choice. Our members will have multiple security choices.Each transaction completed will allow each party to log a post transaction report.Offsite tranactions are totally at our members discretion.Given the monetary value of offers,a transaction could be accomplished with a simple offer transfer.The most direct and probably the most popular would be the hmo wallet.It would also be the easiest to adjust if there was a problem.Our ads will be monitored to assure they are tasteful and legal.We will give offer awards to members notifying us of improper behavior. When tranaction compensation is attempted onsite,the fee will be frozen until both sides
are happy.We will also maintain the most sophisticated technical security available.Member interaction using offsite payment services will be beyond our control. Disputes with third party payment transfers such as paypal, will not be in our
ability to mediate.Hopefully the transaction report data will give members some guidance. Non business members will not be charged on a per transaction basis. We won't be the biggest,or the prettiest,we're looking for safest and best all round customer value.

7. Member interaction with our business clients

A special section of ads will offer members unique discounts,sales, and special values. Members will receive the 2% wallet rebates on the money they spend with these businesses.Businesses become members by purchasing offers as does everyone.In addition they'll pay a client access fee of $20 per month,and a small percentage of their gross sales.The first three months they belong, the $20 caf will be waived.Any member with product sales in excess of $10,000 will be treated as a business.Members can earn bonus offers by agreeing to be marketed by various clients.They would only contact a member with the members explicit permission.Prepaid receipts downloaded from our site could also be used for in store purchases.Saving our member from exposing their credit card at the store.Offers could both be accepted or given as purchase incentives.
Members recruiting businesses would get a one time bonus of 100 offers sfter six months.So join up,and let me offer you a
